I suffered from severe low back pain for over 2 months. One day I left work early due to the extremity of the pain. My wife urged me to call Randy and Rebecca. I have fibromyalgia which progressed to the point I was on pain meds everyday and getting cortisone injections from my doctor twice a month. I heard massage was great for fibromyalgia so I set up a weekly appointment with Randy. After one month, I didn't need the injections anymore and now I am totally off of pain meds! Massage has allowed me the freedom from pain and dependence on chemicals to function.

We cannot say enough about the benefits we receive from our weekly massages from Randy and Rebecca. We run 3 businesses from our home, all of which are physical in nature. We have a cleaning company, Gina's Cleana's; an interior decorating company, Decorative Solutions (which includes painting, faux painting, murals, etc.) and finally a roofing/construction company, Central New England Exterior Specialists. When you factor all the physical work, combine it with the office (mental) work, regular daily work (yard work, children, cleaning, laundry, shopping) and the occasional camping trip ... you can say we work hard and have a lot of stress.
The high point of our week is when we receive our massages from Randy and Rebecca. The main highlight is the fact that they come to us! It is comforting to know that when they finish we do not have to get up, get dressed and drive! We also know that if indeed we did have to do all of that we probably would say we have NO TIME and would not even get a massage at all (and we need it very much)!
They not only relieve our muscular pains, they also relieve our stress levels tremendously. They are so personable, caring and knowledgeable. They will research anything they may find questionable and refer it to a Doctor if necessary. They really care. We trust that they have our best interest at heart. We like them as individuals. We respect them as young professionals who take pride in their work.

I have chronic fibromyalgia as well as osteo arthritis. My husband, a chiropractor recommended Randy and Rebecca Ames as a way to deal with the pain. I knew if he was recommmending them, they had to be good. At my first massage, I was very impressed that Rebecca was so knowlegable about both of my conditions. She explained everything she was doing and told me what I can expect to feel after the massage. I was hooked, and began receiving weekly massages. After just a few massages I noticed that the pain was so reduced it barely affected me. I am so grateful to have Randy and Rebecca in my life. They are life long learners, always doing research and learning new techniques in an effort to provide the most effective treatment to each and every client. I suffered from chronic migraines but after Becky working with me for a while, I am happy to report that the migraines are far and few between. I felt a difference right away. My neck wasn't so tight and she was able to work out knots that I'd had for a long time.
I truly have benefited from Becky's work. She is a delight, very professional and she knows what she is doing. One of the best parts is...she comes to you!

I have been seeing Randy on a weekly basis for pain and numbness in my arm. When I started getting therapy, I couldn't even put my arm in my coat without pain, now I am almost completely pain free! He researched my condition thoroughly and gave me several stretches which helped me to recover faster. I would most definately recommend him to anyone who has chronic pain. Him and his wife are professional, caring and great at what they do!

Becky has been wonderful. She gives an amazing massage. I have had many massages over the years and they always felt the same, whereas Becky's massages feel personally designed for my needs.
